My OC Haälkeli Ekaitz, in her Butterfly-Witch look

My last attempt with Prismacolor markers...

Okay...

>>>>>>I SCREWED UP HER KNEE!!!<<<<<<

I commit a terrible mistake coloring the stripes... and I left 2 STRIPS IN LINE WITHOUT COLORING THEM... so i tried to correct it.. but... xD
LoL.. just that...

But... lol again..!

Aaaaand [tearing the knee incident apart], due this is my first "complex" marker drawing I would be grateful if some of you can tell some tips... <3

I can share this: Use some plastic base under the sheet, not paper.. In this way the humidity longs more and blending is easier; weak point of this is the sheet can loose plane shape al little. Darker colors over lighter colors.

And I HATE comments like: "this OC reminds me of that other character".. or... "her outfit reminds me of blah blah", or "kawaii desu!!" "nice" "wonderful"...

Groars!! for that!

Prismacolor cool grays scale markers, white gel pen...
EDIT: scanner mistake repairedasdd

Very well done. Regarding the knee, you know so there's not really much point in bringing it up for me. As for the lace; I have a question. Is it supposed to be see through? For part of it, I can see that you've made it see through like on the bloomers and paid attention to the tone of the objects underneath so that they show through. On the socks however, you didn't do that and I can just see the line and the lightened version of the boots. The lace shadowing is a bit inconsistent in that respect.

Also, regarding her posture on the broom, it looks as if she's holding the broom more than sitting on it, or as if she's trying to fly up to the broom to sit on it. I'm not sure if that's the look you were going for. Either one works though as she's a butterfly/fairy which is nice for a candid image of her in action.

Other than that, there are just minor things like stray line marks from the coloring, but it's not very noticeable and the border hides it. (on the hat)

I hope this helps.
